Make Friends & Meet Jesus
FOCUS is a community for international students. We know that living in a foreign country is hard, so we want to help you enjoy your time here: make some friends, explore Brisbane and beyond, be supported, and have fun together. And we know there is more to life than study, so we want to learn about Jesus who teaches us a life well lived.
We welcome everyone, from every background, and would love to meet you soon at our weekly meetings or other events.
We meet every week to eat dinner together, make new friends, play some fun games, and learn about Jesus. All this in easy english.

Come and make some new friends, have fun, discover more about life here in Brisbane and get to know our group more! Dinner is included. Vegetarian option available.

McCaskie Park, Kelvin Grove
Take this opportunity to meet and get to know other international students during a beautiful summer evening in the park. Free dinner, outdoor games/board games.
Fun & Games Day

Saturday 28th Feb | 12-3pm
Park (location tba)
Enjoy a fun afternoon of team games, good food, and social times. A great way to meet other international students.
FOCUS Connect
Friday nights 6pm at Kelvin Grove Village
This is our main weekly activity. We gather as a community to make friends, enjoy dinner (vegetarian available), have fun and get to know more about Jesus. All welcome from every culture and belief.
